These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClubGWP.com and any related websites, applications, or services operated by ClubGWP (“ClubGWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ClubGWP provides a search tool designed to display airfare availability and pricing data based on real-time information provided by airlines and related sources. Due to the highly dynamic nature of airfare pricing and availability, ClubGWP cannot guarantee that the fares or availability displayed will match the fares or availability shown when you attempt to book directly with an airline.

Airfare prices and availability may change at any time between the moment you view search results and the moment you attempt to confirm a reservation on an airline’s website.

Some fares displayed may require enrollment in special airline programs, memberships, or passes. The fares shown represent the lowest available prices for users who qualify for or are enrolled in such programs.

ClubGWP does not sell airline tickets, does not process bookings, and does not guarantee the availability of any fare. Our service is strictly a search and informational tool.

ClubGWP subscriptions are intended for individual, personal use only.

• Each subscription may only be used by one person
   
• Accounts are tied to a registered email address
   
• We may monitor search volume, usage patterns, and location data to enforce this policy
   

Unlimited search access is for personal use and may not be shared. ClubGWP reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that show signs of abuse, excessive usage, or password sharing.

Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be limited or terminated without refund. Users will be notified via email if their account is restricted or terminated.

ClubGWP operates on a subscription-based, pay-for-service model.

Subscription pricing, plan features, and availability may vary and are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

ClubGWP reserves the right to:

• Offer promotional or discounted pricing at any time
   
• Limit promotions to new subscribers only
   
• Modify subscription pricing with advance notice
   

Attempts to abuse or circumvent promotional pricing may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

If a price increase occurs, at least 30 days’ notice will be provided to active subscribers. Any prepaid plans will not be affected until the end of the current billing term.

If a payment method fails, expires, or cannot be processed, access to ClubGWP may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. This applies regardless of usage, availability of fares, or account cancellation.

All users are also subject to the terms and conditions of the selected third-party payment processor.

By providing your email address to ClubGWP, you consent to receive communications from us, including but not limited to:

• Account-related notices
   
• Billing communications
   
• Service updates
   
• Promotional emails
   
• Changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy
   

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, but essential service-related communications may still be sent.

ClubGWP may collect and analyze search data, usage trends, and related activity to improve functionality and performance.

We do not sell, trade, or barter personal data to third parties.

Personal data may include:

• Name
   
• Email address
   
• Search history and trends
   

Payment information is handled exclusively by our payment processor and is not stored or accessed by ClubGWP.

All data collection and usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all devices, hardware, internet access, mobile data plans, and related services required to access ClubGWP.

ClubGWP is not responsible for any costs, fees, or losses incurred due to discrepancies between displayed airfare data and actual airline pricing or availability.

ClubGWP is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any airline, airline pass, travel club, or discount program.

Any references to airlines, programs, or trademarked terms are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties or representations regarding third-party content or services.

By using ClubGWP, you agree to release and hold harmless ClubGWP, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the website or reliance on any information provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit against ClubGWP and agree that any disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.
